  • Speedwell is an emerging eBike brand and parts company that needed a full marketing foundation to scale its business. From new product launches to dealer strategy, the company required clear branding, campaigns, and sales tools to build momentum.

Project Scope

  • Developed 360° marketing strategies and launch campaigns.

  • Built a master promotional calendar, weekly launch plans, and sales strategies.

  • Created and wrote email flows (welcome, referral, upsell, abandoned cart).

  • Crafted dealer onboarding kits and sales materials.

  • Developed organic social content, influencer/partnership program guide, and video content ideas.

  • Wrote website copy, landing page campaigns, and product specs.

  • Established brand voice for Speedwell Supply and rewrote product copy.

  • I approached Speedwell with both big-picture growth strategy and executional detail. For the eBike brand, I created full end-to-end launch campaigns (like the “First 40” drop and GTX model release) that integrated social, email, video, and sales channels. For Speedwell Supply, I honed in on positioning and product storytelling to build a clear, professional brand identity distinct from eBike.
